Experiencing the transformation of virtual designs into tangible structures and spaces is undoubtedly one of the most gratifying moments in any project. The journey from concept to reality can often be a long one, involving a considerable collaborative effort. So, reaching the stage of the process when I can enter a space and feel the design coming to life around me is very rewarding. Observing other people deriving enjoyment as they experience and interact with well executed designs is also both fulfilling and inspiring. All architects strive to create spaces that not only serve functional purposes, but also evoke emotions and enhance the lives of the people who use them.
Alicia Todd is a highly skilled Architectural Technician with over 18 years’ experience in the design industry. With experience working across the corrections, commercial, education, housing, public spaces, sports and recreation and tourism sectors, Alicia has worked on a wide range of project sizes and typologies including heritage projects.

Passionate about sustainability, Alicia has a keen interest in environmentally conscious design and adaptive reuse conversion of disused buildings. With a high level of attention to detail she produces clean and precise documentation and is known for her high level of expertise in the areas of documentation, finishes selection, coordination, and interior design.
With every project having its own unique challenges, Alicia enjoys finding the right solution to complex design situations. She thrives on finding creative and innovative ways to successfully achieve project goals, while working within a challenging set of constraints.
Outside of work, Alicia enjoys cooking, particularly baking with her kids. She also puts her creativity to good use with a wide variety of artistic pursuits including drawing, painting, and sewing. Ever the explorer, Alicia also loves travelling and camping with friends and family.
