David Searle
Senior Landscape Architect
I was drawn to Landscape Architecture through a love of Earth and nature, and the paradox of natural landscapes and built urban environments; designing ‘natural’ spaces in which peoples can find spiritual respite in a cold, hard world.
David Searle is an experienced senior landscape architect and a graduate geoscientist with over 10 years of experience in design. With both national and international experience David has been involved in master planning, concept design, design development and operational works documentation packages across a wide range of sectors including parks and recreation, tourism, urban design, residential, multi-residential, commercial, civic, sporting, public spaces, education, and corrections.

Known for his attention to detail, David enjoys working on projects that have complex sites and documentation challenges. What he loves most though, is walking through the completed project and seeing the outcome of the space and how users interact within it.
In addition to design, documentation and project management, David is also developing company-wide AutoCAD standards and assists with team training.
When not working, David enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading books, playing the guitar, and riding.
