Sketching Sessions
Our regular sketching sessions are a fun and social way to help sharpen your sketching skills. You can join our Mongeese (Melbourne) or Rattlesnakes (Brisbane) groups.
Design Workshops
Gain greater design insight and benefit from collective brainstorming as you explore projects and participate in competitions with our practice design leads.
Industry-Leading Gender and Inclusivity Policy
We back our people, call out conscious and unconscious bias in our industry and have developed a robust and industry leading gender and inclusivity policy.
We Prioritise Mental and Emotional Wellbeing
Mental health is openly discussed and supported at GB-A, and we have a wonderful Employee Assistance Program available for staff and their families to access.
An Allocated In-House Mentor
You have access to an in-house mentor to ensure you are happy at work, have purpose, feel like you are growing in your career, and have someone available for ongoing support.
Support with Registration
We provide support with registration including flexible working hours around studies, and work across multiple sectors and project sizes.
Fun Work Environment

Dog Days
We are a dog-friendly workplace and love to bring our furry friends in for a visit! We have some very cute regular visitors who love the extra attention.
