Worldmark South Pacific on Denarau Island is the flagship resort of Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific and one of their most popular properties. To build on the success of the existing resort, Guymer Bailey Architects worked with Wyndham to conceptualise and design a 60 unit expansion, which included a new reception building, restaurant and other infrastructure facilities.

The development has been designed to provide a luxurious environment, far beyond the everyday experience, featuring presidential, penthouse, and deluxe apartment suites. Fostering a strong connection to the outdoors the resort design features hanging gardens throughout central public areas, plunge pools with waterfalls and indoor gardens in presidential suites.

This combined with significant landscaping strengthens the link between the entry reception building and Fijian beachfront, providing guests with a powerful first impression and a unique and memorable travel experience.
