Glenlogan Park South Sports Clubhouse

GB-A has prepared the master plan and feasibility studies for Glen logan Sports Park (South), a major multi-sport precinct planned to service Logan’s rapidly growing southern corridor. The project considered site constraints, staging strategies, co-location of multiple sporting codes, infrastructure requirements, and cost planning to deliver a framework for long-term development.

For this project we worked with Ross Planning providing design concepts and fly through animations. The plan addressed the needs of emerging sports while also ensuring flexibility for future trends, with a strong emphasis on sustainable design, shared-use facilities, and funding alignment.
