Homestead Park Sports Clubhouse

GB-A is currently working with Logan City Council on the Homestead Park Sports Clubhouse and Site Development Plan for the Springwood Suns Cricket Club. This project involves the preparation of a comprehensive site development plan, including a new clubhouse concept design, supporting amenities, and staged implementation strategies.

For this project we worked with Ross Planning providing design concepts and fly through animations. The scope addressed needs analysis, site constraints, facility upgrades, stakeholder consultation, and cost planning, to ensure that future development aligns with the Active Logan Strategy 2016–2028 and Council’s Sporting Facility Guidelines.
