The opportunity
As part of our landscape architecture team, you’ll enjoy the opportunities that come with a smaller, highly collaborative studio environment. Your contribution will be visible, your ideas heard, and your leadership development supported as you work alongside experienced practitioners across landscape architecture, architecture, and interiors.
This role offers the opportunity to:
- Lead landscape architecture projects from concept through to construction.
- Build trusted client relationships and lead consultant coordination.
- Work alongside experienced landscape architects, architects, and interior designers in an integrated design environment.
- Mentor emerging professionals and contribute to a strong culture of knowledge sharing.
- Play an active role in submissions, business development and practice growth.
- Develop the skills and experience that support progression into future leadership opportunities.
What you'll be working on
You’ll contribute to projects spanning a diverse range of sectors and clients, providing exposure to meaningful work throughout Queensland and beyond.
Working alongside private and independent architectural practices, local councils, and government agencies, you’ll help deliver projects of varying scale and complexity. From schools, parks, playgrounds and aquatic recreation facilities to streetscapes, biodiversity and discovery centres, health precincts, and correctional environments, you’ll have the opportunity to shape places that positively impact communities and the environment.
Your responsibilities
- Leading project teams and coordinating consultants.
- Design development and documentation in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Preparation of specifications, schedules, and reports.
- Contract administration and construction phase services.
- Client liaison and stakeholder engagement.
- Project financial management and job costing.
- Staff mentoring and development.
- Fee proposals and submissions support.

About you
You’ll bring:
- 7-10+ years’ experience in landscape architecture.
- Experience leading project teams and delivering projects from concept to construction.
- Strong Revit and AutoCAD skills.
- Contract administration and documentation experience.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- AILA registration, or progress towards registration.
Most importantly, you’ll be passionate about creating meaningful places, supporting the next generation of designers, and contributing to a collaborative studio culture.
